Day 1: microchip in

Samye is back from the vet. After the story the vet wanted to put the microchip in instead of waiting. We obliged. It hurt and it wasn't fun at all.

His bill of health was surprisingly good. He only has some small 'pimples' where we think the stickers cut into him so the vet told us to keep neosporin on them to help.

As a prize we got him a new toy that looks like a bag of potato chips - it has a small piece of foil inside so it crumbles just like a real bag.

He really likes it!
