We went to a cooking class at Central Market on Friday night. The class, entitled "Chocolate Passion" was all about dessert. The instructor was George Geary who has worked as a pastry chef in LA and at Disneyland. George was full of personality. He offers food tours all over the world and teaches over 200 classes each year. We especially enjoyed his chocolate cake and chocolate tart with raspberry sauce. We've talked for a few months about going to these classes with friends, and we'd definitely like to do this again. We'll have to try these recipes soon!
